An improved version of thing:950808 a puzzle where a dodecahedron is formed from 6 pieces. In this version an asterisk is placed over each sphere. This has several advantages: attempts to make incorrect joins are immediately seen to be wrong; correct placements are immediately confirmed; and the final assembled version shows how correct piece placement works. It is a more symmetric puzzle composed of two copies of three types of pieces. OpenSCAD code is included and contains hints to the solution of the puzzle.
