Inspired by the snaplock lid for the player boxes : https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4622612 and the snaplock lid for the storage box : https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4710818, I made the final one : the snaplock lid for the resource box I used the Resource_Box_4x2.stl and it fits well, no needs of magnets and no need to modify the box.
