I offer you the complete SNCF Semaphore, Mast, Scale, Signal for Railway Network Scale Ho 1/87. Very simple ,It consists of 2 elements: the mast and the signal that you will come to fix with a screw/nut M2. An obvious has been created to pass the wires inside the Mast. The Leds that you will add are 3mm to which we must not forget the resistance I also suggest you to pass a matte black primer on the signal and a gray primer on the mast. For the white outline: the tip of a toothpick dipped in white paint will do.
