Snow Bullet Mold for 3" Air Cannon barrel. Use a small section of your cannon barrel to form the outer case of the mold that fits over the nose code mold you print out. Use the openscad files to specify the barrel inner diameter if your cannon does not have a 3" PVC pipe barrel. Use a 1/4" bolt to bolt to a block of wood, or other large solid material. Rub ski-wax or other non-stick on the inside of the nose-cone mold. Use a cut-off of your barrel for the outside of the mold. Slide that over your nose cone mold. Use a 1/4" lag bolt to attach the ramrod plate to a block of wood. Fill mold with snow. Use the ram-rod to pack the snow into the bullet mold. Pull cannon-barrel section off the mold, and use ram-rod to push snow bullet out.
