Spare part for "Burton Custom" freestile snowboard binding (small). The original binding by burton was produced in ~2010. This custom-spare-part fits on both (left/right) bindings. Print Settings Printer Brand: Ultimaker Printer: Ultimaker 2 Resolution: 0.1mm Infill: 95 to 100% Notes: printed on Ultimaker 2 extended Material: Colorfabb XT transparent ext.temp. 250°C printspeed: 50m/s travelspeed: 200m/s bedtemp. 70°C retraction: on (ultimaker default) fan: 100% layer 0,1mm nozzle: olsson block with 0,5mm nozzle walls: 1,5mm or 3 lines infill: 95% to 100% printduration: about 25houres support structure: OFF (use the STL file with support included) Use brim (8mm) instead of rafts. If you print completely without support, the 90° overhangs at the backside must be cleaned up after printing. Anyway- If yo print with support you have to clean up the support structure. Both variants are possible and delivere nearly the same result. (printing with support is slightly better). Post-Printing Custom Section Test. update: 02/02/2017 The parts are still in use and function perfect. 11/12/2016 first testride. 3 houres snowboarding - the parts held and everything functioned perfect. The testrider (my doughter) is light waight (30kg) and test was under normal on pist conditions. (no freestyle tricks or jumps).
