This a remix of my snowflake tealight holder (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:566705). I just added a groove for a hook to wrap around a standard size banister. Instructions The .stl file with the assembled pice is not for printing. Printing seetings for the tealight holder: Infill: 5% Shells: 3 Layer size: 0.25 mm Print settings for the hook: Infill: 10% Shells: 6 Layer size: 0.25 mm You might need to play around with these settings to get a sturdy structure. Those settings worked for me and the hooks were sturdy enough.
