A simple snowflake that have countersunk holes for inserting WS2811 Pixel LEDs (12mm size) for animation effects. You'll need to print the center piece and 6 leaves. The tolerance is pretty tight so if you have trouble with assembling it, you'll have to use a sharp knife and widen the sockets. There are the mounting holes at the tip of each leaf for easy hanging. I've included the custom model to use with xLight. The dimension of this design is: End-end length: ~630mm Thickness: 14mm Pixel socket: 12mm/14mm Updated: 2019-12-06: I just added the mini version for those who has a smaller printer bed size. The total size of the mini version should be around 480mm Print Settings Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: Prusa I3 MK2.5S Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: .300mm Infill: 10% Filament: Any PLA/PETG/ABS White/Clear Notes: Supports might be needed to print the hub. Post-Printing You probably want to use super glue or epoxy to strengthen the joints since the LEDs are pretty heavy once they're inserted.
