Notes: This is designed to fit a 1998 Yamaha Vmax XTC Deluxe. I've split the design into 4 parts (r1-r4) to be able to be printed on a 200mm bed. To be able to print this out quickly I'd recommend using a 1.0 or 0.8mm nozzle at 100% infill. Use 2 part epoxy as adhesive, 3m VHB tape wasn't strong enough to hold it in place. These are modeled for the right side, in your slicer software just flip these pieces to print for the left side. Test Fit: I've included pieces to test fit onto your machine (t1-t4). These take less time and less plastic to ensure that the footprint of these pieces will fit.  Install: Remove any old mat or grip devices previously installed on machine. Clean your running boards, I used a vacuum, brake clean, steel wool, and paper towel to remove years of dirt and rust. Scuff the area where adhesive will be applied (both on the runners and on the grips) I used clean steel wool for this. Prep and apply adhesive, mix together your 2 part epoxy (read and take note of how long it takes to set, usually 5 minutes) apply to the grip and place on the runner (notice how it is aligned in photo p1, just behind the 5 large rivets) each subsequent piece will butt up against the last. Allow the pieces to sit and cure.
