Snowy Owl knob pull (cabinet handle)

I designed these for my wife because she was bored with the unremarkable knob pulls that were on our cabinets when we moved into our new house. They are designed to accept a 4mm diameter machine screw (hole diameter in CAD files is 4.4mm, but comes out to about 4mm when printed on a LulzBot Taz 4). The owl and pillar print separately to eliminate the need for supports. The pillar is 5mm long and the hole in the back of the owl is 4.5mm deep, so the screw can penetrate a total depth of 9.5mm. Designed in Google SketchUp. Ready-to-print gcode is included for the LulzBot Taz 4, including a panel of 4 knobs.
