The rack can be used with or without the dish - it looks angled but actually sits flat. The dish has a sloping floor to help with drainage, but surface tension means it's not utterly satisfactory! I printed both with a brim & the most lightweight support I could, although it was still a bit fiddly to clean up the rack.
