Mounts to the end of a broom stick. Cut the blades off a 5" drone prop. Drill holes at the base of the blade and screw to the 3d printed part. Bent the blades out ward to grab the cone when its inserted. Print with a moderate amount of infill to make the part strong enough to handle the weight of a stack of cones.
