This is socket 1356 to AMD style coolers adapter. Place it on top of the board and screw on the back with regular PC bolts (the ones uset with PSU). Use some plastic washers to not damage your motherboard. Use some heat resistant plastic (not PLA). Remixed it because cooler I had doesn't fit. Used it with some cheap X79 board from al that doesn't include the adapter.
