Soda Bottle Funnel Cap for Siraya Tech Resin (1 kg)

<p>A cap with threaded centre to suit an Australian soda bottle (1.25 L or 2 L). Cap screws onto a Siraya Tech 1 kg resin bottle. Purpose is to enable easy return of resin from vat to bottle through a suitable paint filter.&nbsp;</p><p>Also included is a plain cap for times when the original bottle cap is no longer usable. The plain cap seal is not guaranteed so don't use it and shake your resin bottle without using the original Siraya Tech bottle seal. You have been warned.</p><p>Notes:<br>Printed on an Elegoo Mars 3 resin printer with Siraya Tech Blu (Clear) resin to fit the same resin bottle (Siraya Tech 1kg resin bottle as sold in Australia).</p><p>Can be printed directly on the build plate. Orient the top of the cap to the build plate. The funnel connector cap can be printed directly on the build plate in either orientation. The part shown was printed with the connector end (smaller diameter) directly contacting the build plate.</p><p>Funnel is cut from a 2L Coles supermarket soda water bottle.</p><p><br>How I Designed This:<br>Modelled in Zbrush 2022.0.5. If modification is required to suit another soda bottle size try scaling the connection section as required in Blender or similar application. It may even be possible to import the STL into a CAD program such as Fusion 360 and modify there (not tried).</p><p>Australian Soda bottle size (1.25 L or 2 L) is:<br>Inner diameter 21.4 mm<br>Outer diameter (excluding threads): 24.8 mm<br>Thread pitch: 2.6 mm<br>Thread height: 1.5 mm<br>Neck length: 9 mm</p><p>&nbsp;</p>
