<p>No clue if anyone is going to have the same problem, but if you need a replacement button hinge, use this print.</p><p>Print it in a sturdy plastic. I've used PETG. The attached Gcode contains presets that I use for mechanical models: 4 perimeters, 15% cubic infill, extra wide lines (wider than the nozzle width) and 0.15mm layer thickness. The curved sides need a little base plate support, but with paint on support you can prevent more supports from being generated.</p><p>I've removed and retrofitted the pin from the sodastream, but a simple M3 bolt would also use to hold it.</p><p>The bottom lip snaps around the edge of the sodastream.</p><p>There's also holes made so that you could lock it in place more with some M3 screws. The middle hole is to add a screw to use as a ‘standoff’ against the cover. In the end I just tested it with the snap connection, without adding any extra bolts. That seemed to do the trick already just fine.</p>
