Dimensions accurately fit my stool,so probably not yours. The "softness" comes from a rubber O-ring half-embedded in the base. It took several tries to get this right -- the o-rings I got were not /exactly/ the size they said on the box, and my initial thought was to leave them half-embedded. In the end ( after about 5 tries) I found it better to make a deeper groove. Printing wasn't perfect -- the bed wasn't hot enough and it suffered from base-curl and slight splitting 1/3 of the way up. Nothing unglueable however, and adequate. Instructions print in ABS. Glue o-ring in the annular slot. Hot-glue to the legs.
