I wanted to clamp objects without risk of denting them with steel vise jaws. The jaws of the vise are removable/replaceable, so I designed a replacement plastic jaw. Bolts on to vise using original hardware from steel jaws. My vise jaws are 4" wide. The parts fit but in the future I will increase the counter-bored hole spread by 0.010" to allow for PLA shrinkage
