Customized version of http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:87989 Created with Customizer! http://www.thingiverse.com/apps/customizer/run?thing_id=87989 I scaled up in Cura by a factor of 1.002 before printing, to compensate PLA shrinkage. Ultimaker 2 print had a loose slip-fit on the Bessey BV-HD40 4 inch Heavy Duty Bench Vise from Home Depot. The print was oversized by maybe 0.2mm. One layer of masking tape on each inside edge made it tight against the jaws. The positions of the straight and diagonal cuts to hold round stock are aimed at the lower part of the vise body, so any stock held in those notches will not extend more than maybe 2 inches below top of the vise. Do not confuse with Bessey BV-DF4SB 4-inch "industrial" vise (forged steel and 5x more expensive) which has a different jaw profile, so this design would not fit that model.
