This is a mount to attach a generic solar phone charger (commonly found on eBay) to a backpack or messenger bag. This charger or any charger in a similar form factor should work fine. http://www.ebay.com/itm/Black-80000mAh-Dual-USB-Portable-Solar-Battery-Charger-Power-Bank-For-Cell-Phone-/141803317477?hash=item210422e8e5:g:I74AAOSwA4dWIJJ- You will also need four zip ties. Print Settings Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: Prusa i3 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 20% Notes: Hatchbox black 1.75mm PLA at 190°C -> 185°C with the printed bed at ~65°C. Post-Printing Step 1 Hold the base plate in-place on the inside of a pocket (as seen in image 3). You may optionally use hot-glue to secure the plate to make this process easier. Step 2 Using a razer, cut three slots in the fabric of the pocket at each corner of the base plate. Step 3 Insert the solar charger into the mount, then snap the mount into the base plate. It may be necessary to remove more fabric from the middle slot in each corner in order for the mount to snap in. Note: mount the solar charger with the USB ports facing down. This will help protect it from rain; it is facing up in the above images for demonstration purposes only. Step 4 Secure all four corners of the mount to the base plate using zip ties. Insert one end on the zip tie through the outer-most loop of the base plate, thread it through the loop on the mount, then insert it through the inner-most loop of the base plate, and tie it. How I Designed This This was designed in Autodesk Inventor 2016 and Blender 2.76.
