Solar Filter Mount for 12-inch Dobsonian Telescope (Apertura Brand)

In preparation for the total solar eclipse that occurred in the US back in 2017, I bought a sheet of 12"x12" solar filter film for my 12" Apertura dobsinian telescope. At the time I simply taped it on with some blue painters tape for a very not-professional look. Since then, I've gotten a 3D printer and decided to make a proper mount for it to make it a lot easier to install and remove. I've attached the original Fusion 360 file in case you have a different telescope (size or brand) and would like to remix it to fit. In addition to the top and bottom pieces, you'll need the following additional hardware: -Solar filter film. This is what I bought 2 years ago: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00DS7SSEW/ref=oh_aui_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1 -#10-24x1/2in Bolts and Nuts (4 of each). -Window Screen Retainer Spline (.120"/3mm diameter). There's a small channel on the top side of the bottom piece that this should fit snuggly into to give you some grip for holding onto the filter. If you have any questions, let me know. And please be safe! Concentrating a 12" circle of sunlight into your eye without a proper filter applied is very bad news.
