"Bowden": this has a smooth top and no mount for the Orbiter direct drive extruder. Any other file are compatible with Orbiter.extruder. Front fan can be either 40x10mm or 40x20mm deep., if using a 10mm deep fan, I created a 10mm cover for esthetic. side fan is meant for a 10mm deep fan, but nothing stops you from putting a 40x20mm fan. Regarding dragon/v6 mount: screws to hold the two parts together are the same one that came with the dragon hotend, m2x8 if I recall correctly. Has mounting holes for ender 3/pro, but no one has yet confirmed if that actually worked for them. For fans, since the dragon hotend doesn't require as much cooling as the stock hotend, I'm using a noctua 40x20 FLX (12v) With stock hotend I was using the Sunon MF40202V2-1000U-A99 (24v), louder, but huge amount of airflow. (fyi not PWM compatible at all, so only good at 100% speed) For the side fan, I initially was using the winsinn dual ball bearing high speed, it's loud, but gave me best result for bridging at 100% Now I'm using a much quieter Orion OD4010-24LB 24v, lower airflow, but enough for still decent bridging. (quiet at 100% speed, but PWM noise makes it louder at any lower speed, but being a low airflow, I can keep it at 100% without blowing too much air) I you want more airflow there is a mid level version Orion OD4010-24MB, or a really fast/high pressure one Orion OD4010-24HB —- #Some random but important order of install: - printed on its back, can be printed without support, minimal cleanup needed (only one small problematic area that can be cleaned easily, the side fan cable channel) - remove X gantry completely if installing dragon/V6 type hotend - tighten top right x gantry wheel before attaching the dragon/v6 holder - remember to slide in m3 nuts in the two back channels before mounting, those will attach to the orbiter (use m3 screws to secure the orbiter), once you have the nut in place, maybe put temporary screws to keep them in place - attach Bowden tubing before mounting the duct, you will need to precut it before (length will depend on your hotend, just make sure it slides in the orbiter completely) - route bltouch cable during mounting the duct, but before placing any screws - route front fan cable before securing orbiter - with official bltouch metal bracket or printed one : - dragon/v6 hotend: offset X is -43mm, Y is 0 - stock hotend: offset X is -43mm , Y is 8mm - Dragon Fly BMS: offset X is -43mm , Y should be about 7mm
