Hello, this is a DIY solar power bank with a lipo battery of 5000mAh. You can charge the battery with the micro USB of the power bank board or charge with the solar panel (quite a long time). The solar panel is more to reduce the discharge than to completly charge the battery, but if you let the solar panel under a bright sun, it will charge the battery between 4 and 5 hours.
