Solder Fume Filter

These are components that can be used to assemble a powered solder fume filter using two 80mm axial fans. They consist of a dual 80mm fan plenum, a filter box and filer retainer, and a threaded mount for ¼" NPT flexible coolant pipes. The filter box was sized for using some activated charcoal filter pads I had on hand. They were for use with a HAPF30AT filter, and I folded over ⅓ of the length to fit. To simplify assembly, I glued the filter box base and fan plenum together, but screws could be used. I also glued on the threaded mounts to add four coolant pipe grippers and one coolant pipe LED light ( https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5027002 ). The filter sheet retainer presses down on the filter sheet material and is retained by two 3mm screws protruding through the box walls & over the retainer frame. Both fans and light were powered by a 12v supply via anderson powerpoles in the standard amateur radio configuration (red on right with tongues up). ** EDIT 12/28/2021: **Part #5 is a deflector to be attached to the back of the fans to channel exhaust upwards instead of back. source materials can be found here: https://www.tinkercad.com/things/jIqTgtupMgm
