Solder Paste Dispenser For 1ml Syringe - Simple Spotty

Taking inspiration from [Albert van Dalen's Spoty precision micro-dot](https://www.avdweb.nl/tech-tips/pcb/solder-paste-dispenser) and the [Micro-dot Solder Paste Dispenser for less than $2](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4865220) by @eleotlecram I made a similar but simpler 1ml syringe dispenser. Main differences: * The body prints in one piece, no glue needed just two M3 screws of at least 30mm * Instead of a spring, my version uses a simple rubber band for the tension mechanism. * The throw is increased, the arm can now move the plunger about 10mm * Less holding slots and the are also lower so if you do need to move the syringe back a notch it is easy to just lift slightly and shift it. * Since the throw is increased there should be no need to adjust the lever screw once set * No need to disassemble syringe, no fiddly spring clip for inserting, you can insert the syringe empty and just "backfill" from another syringe. With 10mm of travel there should be plenty of dots before you need to refil.
