This is a remix of https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4750557 - (Thank You to Jiggyns) I've added extra bits, so as to make a whole host of different configurations to suit whatever project. This includes mounts with 5 & 8 points of attachment, which incorporate both the fully 3D printed clamp, as well as attachment points for miniature crocodile clips Whilst in the process of trying these out, I made prints using PLA, PETG & ABS, & what I did find is that the 3D printed clip had very different properties re strength, brittleness, flexibility ...... In its original form I had quite a lot of them snap, so hence there are thicker (then thicker still) versions of it. But play around around with your different filaments & see what works for you. Like I said, for some materials they had to be the thicker version for strength, but other material had to be a thinner version to retain flexibility. I also made some with the top ball joint as a part of the clip already & there is also a taller version of the clamp to accommodate thicker work surfaces. I've also made it so that the clamp slides into the mount plate & once its screwed against the work surface, its a really stable base to work with. Hopefully you might find this useful; I had fun with it & it has been really helpful with what I've been working on. Print just the bits you want for how you want to put it together, or print them all for all configurations! :)
