This is a mini case for a chinese diy soldering station quicko mini stc t12, can be found on aliexpress. It powers-up from USB-C 20v QC4 protocol trigger, you can find it as well on aliexpress - PDC004 QC4 trigger, size should be 10x16mm. To assemble the case you will need to unsolder power plug from the logic board and add some nonconductive tape to the place under PD trigger.
