Solderless E Bike Battery Pack - All SLDPRT Files + Instructions

This is my own design. Using (24) Samsung 50E 21700 5000mAh batteries. I have tested these for over a year on my 5000W rear hub home brew e-bike, mostly dirt biking up and down 12%-16% grades. I run (2) 24V batteries in series most of the time but for steeper/longer rides I run (3) 24V batteries in series. They are still going strong with no cell failures so I'm building another set:)) Equivalent to a Turnigy 20000mAh 6 cell 24V Lipo but over 1 lb lighter each, plus you can replace individual cells because it's a solderless battery design. Includes parts list with suggested links.I use e-sun pla+ at 210C/60C with glue stick on a UM3 for the Top and Bottom Halves of the case. I use Polymaker PC Max at 240C/110C with glue stick, on an old Lulzbot Mini, for the nickel strip dimple maker Top and Bottom. EDIT 4/16/21 In instructions, I replaced the two wiring diagrams to make balance wire locations more understandable.EDIT: 4/19/21 Replace "Battery Box Top" with corrected version. Ears were missing!
