Solid 24 inch knobby mountain bike tire

I live in the Northeast UK, or, in other words, it is always wet AND there's always broken glass every ten centimetres. I don't have the patience for tires with tubes popping every time I run over the copious broken glass, but solid tires left me spinning my wheels on every ramp and hill in existence with zero grip. And apparently, solid knobby tires aren't a thing, so I'm making my own. I'm going to try it out using silicone, but I think it'll probably not hold up super well, in which case I'll be trying hot glue sticks like in this video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1TOsfCFHPX0) I have no idea if this will work or not, so if you try it yourself, let me know how it goes! I'm printing the moulds now.
