A case for holding a 4 relay board (solid state relays) along with mounts for USB power in and out (daisy chain). Triggered by simple switches via 1/8" (3.5mm) mono jacks (stereo okay). You may need to flip the pieces in your slicer. Top should be 180 Y flipped -- just make sure flat side is down, and you're fine. All parts off of Amazon.
