This a rounded version of the Meissner tetrahedra, aka the lathe-version. Check out the videos to see what is the fuzz about! It's a print-friendly version with two parts so it's easier to print. Also you can make these things "random" by printing the parts on different color and combining different colors. You should use the connector piece and glue to connect the halves. Also included the openscad script to generate the halves. My printer is on vacation so I call someone to print and test this and report how it worked!
