Soma Cube

Had a whole lot of 20mm test cubes from testing my printer so I decided to join them together to make pieces for the Soma Cube. Had enough for 2 pieces. Then  I thought why not design the whole set in Tinkercad.  So I did. Attached in the photos section are 2 pages giving some information and diagrams of the constructions you can make. Just the cube alone has over 200 solutions. There is whole section about this cube on the net too. Just type in "Soma".   Printed with a  0.4 nozzle at 0.2 layer height and 5% fill should give great results. Do them in different colours if you can. I have not printed them as I have run out of filament due to lockdown here in NZ. Each piece takes about 5500mm filament.  Great puzzle to keep kids occupied for hours and develops their spacial concepts. and tries their patience as well.
