Sonico headset i made including a small painting guide for the earpieces or it can be used directly glued to the surface if wanting, I printed these myself and someone dropped them during a convention, the entire rig came apart into the printed pieces and was easily fixed so i'm very confident that this would be great on the go. I recommend using hot glue and adding some bobby pins to it to keep it on your head as i didn't design the teeth into it yet but with this design in mind it was designed to fit over a wig and has been 100% tested for such with minimal glue used on the cord pieces only. This was designed to nearly not need glue at all.
