I was not happy with the original mounting plates which came with my tripod. With the tripod plate installed it was no longer possible to articulate the screen of my A6000. I made three models, which currently only differ in the hole where the 1/4" camera screw will be put through. **TripodMount.stl** The diameter of the hole in this model is so large, that you will have clearance around the 1/4" thread. If in doubt print this. **TripodMount_1-4_TapHole.stl** The diameter of the hole in this model is 5.35mm which is the core hole diameter for tapping the hole yourself. **TripodMount_1-4_Tapped.stl** There is already a 1/4" thread designed into the STL. In this case I would recommend to print it in 0.1mm LayerHeight to increase the quality of the Thread.
