Sony NEX/E mount to Canon EF mount adapter. This allows use of Canon EF/EF-S lenses on a Sony NEX body (or other Sony E-mount body). The flange to flange distance of this adapter is technically 25.4mm, but as printed on my Makerbot Replicator 2 it is just barely at 26mm, allowing infinity focus without any margin. You may need to tweak the Z scale up/down by 1% or so to make it work with your printer. For reference, the Sony E mount flange focal distance is 18mm, and Canon EF mount is 44mm, giving 26mm flange to flange distance for the adapter.
