This camera case fits a Sony Effio-V board camera. The front and back are designed to be press-fitted and held with small squares of 3M mounting tape for quick assembly/dis-assembly while keeping the structure fairly lightweight. A hinge allows the user to tilt the camera up or down. The design was inspired by this PZ0420 camera case: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:159726 Suggestions for improvement are welcomed. Enjoy! Instructions Bill of materials: Printed case parts M3 screw (1) M3 locknut (1) Small 5x5mm squares of 3M mounting tape (4) Instructions: Print the parts and test fit the camera in the front part of the case. I suggest printing at 200 micron layer height or finer. If there is a little bit of side-to-side play, that's fine. Cut 4 small pieces (around 5x5mm) of 3M mounting tape, and place them on the legs of the back part of the case. With the camera installed, press fit the back of the case into the front. The mounting tape should hold the assembly together snugly. if there is any jiggle, disassemble and add small amounts of mounting tape where appropriate to snug the fit (I didn't need to do this). The holes are designed for a M3 bolt (25-30mm long or so) and a M3 locknut. You may need to use a 3mm drill bit to clean out the holes prior to installing the bolt. Notes: The fit of all parts are quite snug, so a well-calibrated printer is a must. Be careful not to over-tighten the screw and lock nuts, as it will cause the base tabs to crack. Suggestions are welcomed. Enjoy!
