Sony MDR-1000X (Near Stock Appearance) Replacement

I spent a lot of money on these headphones and since Sony can't seem to engineer a headphone that won't break after a year or two of use _(cough MDR-v700 cough)_ ... I got angry... and I decided to fix the problem. There's other fixes on here that are great, but I wanted my (once expensive) headphones to look near stock. So after 18 iterations I've come to this design. I'll be uploading it as I improve it. Most recently I've updated this post with the outer piece with the appropriate screenshots/pictures for anyone who has had the outer piece break. I hope this saves someone else time and keeps their, otherwise awesome, headphones going.
