Sony MDR-V6 Headphones Bracket Replacement (Parametric)

This is both parts of the side bracket for the Sony MDR-V6 headphones (likely compatible with other models in the MDR-V line), as I lost mine and realized that this bracket was one of the only replacement parts you could not buy. It is parametrized, so if you find the tolerances or exact size doesn't fit your specific headphones, just change the parameters a bit in the OpenSCAD file, just make sure the two pieces still fit together. OpenSCAD is a free, pretty lightweight software, so you can change the file pretty easily if needed. Additionally, for the headphonebracket2.scad file, at the top of the code you can choose to have the printer print the curved edge or to have it print as a hard edge (but you will need to sand it down after in order for the headphones to still fold). If you don't need to change anything, you just need the two .stl files, your own replacement screw, and you're good to go! If you only lost the bracket on one side of your headphone, it's a good idea to use half of each bracket on each side to help with the threading, otherwise you will likely need a threader. Enjoy!
