My SONY MDR XB950N1 headphone hinge broke. Notes: * The metal pin from the original headphones goes in to the small rectangular slot. * You will have to take the 9 soldered connections off to feed the wire through this 3D printable version. Other than that, this worked for me! Might need to sand the features a little bit. Update: I edited the part a little bit, as the first one didn't fit perfectly. V2 should fit perfectly. I added the SOLIDWORKS part files as well.
