I got the sony noise canceling headphones months ago and they are great. The only down side is the fact that they start to be uncomfortable after an hour or two. After doing some research on the web, I found three main solutions people go for in most of the cases: - Take out the inner foam part - Eychange the genuine ear padswith larger ones - Sell the heasphones and buy the new XM4s Since I love my headphones and I dont want to by expensive ear pads nor am able to manifacture them on my own. I start thinking and came up with an idea. The main issue that they start urting is because your ears touch the foam inside. My idea is simple, just extend the distance between pad and foam with a spacer. You can reuse the standard screws and the pads clip in place. This was designed in two iterations in Inventor and don't expect them to be perfect (especially the hole positioning). The are now on my headset for about a month and work perfectly and I found no issue so far. And yes, I had some underextrusion. As the mounting points differ, there are two files, one for the left and one for the right side. Let me know what you think about it and happy printing! Printed in black PLA with a Ender 3 v2.
