<p>Print as per the 3mf file</p><p>Text upwards and you should not need any supports</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Take them off the print bed and remove any burrs</p><p>Then get a tealight candle and remove it from the tin and rub it over the bottom of the guide to make it slide easily, or use some other kind of wax</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Set the platform to 80º</p><p>Engage the guide with the slot on the platform</p><p>Put your drill on in the V and line the cutting edge at 90º to the belt travel</p><p>Start the grinder and feed the drill slowly forwards while moving the guide backwards and forwards (you own a sorby you know what todo)</p><p>Work you way up the grits if you want</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Now set the platform to 60º</p><p>And using a coarse belt grind the relief angle as per the picture and try not to take the cutting edge off</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>For a set of instructions on how to use th drill guides please go here&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>https://www.barras-blades.com/sorby-pro-edge</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>PS the pictures are of the Mk1 design which got slightly altered</p><p>&nbsp;</p>
