Deprecation Warning There is an updated version for this design. The design is used to build a storage solution for different Sortimo Boxxes like L-Boxx T-Boxx W-Boxx LT-Boxx Short Video The advantage is, that you can open the slides and grab something out of the box without taking the box out. If you want to take the box anywhere else you can grab it out of the storage system without opening the slides. I am using full-extension slides to mount the parts. In case you want to mount the slides inside a wooden box you don't need the slide holders. The width is 485mm, depth is 400mm, the height depends on the box you want to store on the slides. Additional parts needed: - 2x (1x set) SO-Tech KV1-45-H45-NF 400mm length full-extension slides - 8x ISO 7380-2 M4x8mm screws - 12x M4 nut - 4x M4 Washer DIN 9021 - 1x 470mm M4 threaded rod Slide Holders: - 4x ISO 7380-2 M4x16mm screws - 8x ISO 7380-2 M4x20mm screws - 4x Hammer Nut M4 - 8x M4 nut - 4x M4 Washer DIN 9021 Additional Parts added for more compatibility: - Slide holders for 30mm aluminum profile, then 12x ISO 7380-2 M4x16mm screws are needed and no M4x20mm screws, the depth remains 400mm. - Slide holders for 45mm aluminum profile, then you need 4x M8x20mm screws instead of 4x M4x16mm and 4x M8 Hammer nut for the 45mm aluminum profile and the 4x M4 washers need to be replaced by M8 washers. BE CAREFUL! The 45mm holders are engineered for a 450mm depth, with 400mm slides. So there are 25mm free space at the front and the back of the slides. There is also a KV2 KV2-45-H45-NF 400 mm length version for the Boxx Slides. Therefore one hole is added to the Boxx back parts. So they are still compatible with the normal KV1 slides.
