Sorting Trays for SMD Integrated Circuits

Sorting Trays for SMD Integrated Circuits

Today I had a weird idea: What if I had a kind of sorting album for all of my ICs, Resistors and other electronic components that I've accumulated over the years - instead of putting the tape strips into little compartment boxes? Then I remembered that "Sample Books" are readily available for order on Aliexpress - those are simple binders with binder sheets included, where you can slip the tape strips into. (Not unlike those sheets you can buy for trading cards) After I ordered one of those I sorted my components and wondered what I should do with loose parts, either salvaged from old electronics or those that never came on a tape strip - and the answer is this thing here. After approximating the measurements of the binder sheets, I think they should fit nicely - Just put your parts inside the printed thing and tape them down with some clear scotch tape, so they won't fall out as easily.
