I used 3 walls/bottom/top layers and 25% infill so that it would be stronger than the original part. I designed it to use toothpicks and super glue to hold it on the headphones just because it was easy, but you could use anything that will fit through the holes. It does need supports and they can be a pain to get out. I lowered the support percentage to 10-15 to make it easier to get out and it supports it no problem. I can't seem to get all the wobble out of it but I got it down significantly from my earlier models. If anyone has any recommendations for how to make tolerances better, let me know in the comments! Hope this helps at least one person out. Designed with Tinkercad because I'm a total pleb. lol
