It's King Candy's anhedonic adviser from Sugar Rush. I couldn't create a completely accurate version. It would require gravity-defying parts! Still, he is a rather simple character and I didn't see one on here. I thought he might make a fun playing piece for the board-game Candyland, so I spent a few minutes creating him in sculptris. Enjoy!
