My first draft design for a Sous Vide Basket for the very popular Vorwerk Thermomix TM 5 kitchen machine/aid. The standard Thermomix cooking basked is very narrow and is wasting too much space for my Sous Vide cooking purposes (I like very big Steaks:-) As this is the first draft, you should not print it until I have printed and tested the basket and possible corrected certain dimensions - this will happen soon. Update December 8th. 2016. Printed and tested - the basket fits very well. The first Sous Vide cooked (tested) steak was also perfect! :-) The basked should suit for 2 to 3 250gr vacuumised Steaks.
