This is version 2 of thing previously posted here ... http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1405661 It has been re-designed to include a fused IEC power cable adapter, and a 3-prong grounded (US) appliance plug. It should fit any standard size SSR, and is designed to operate low wattage heaters such as a slow cooker, as there is no active cooling supplied. The plug and IEC connector I got from Mouser. Fused power connector part # 693-6200.2100 Power Plug part # 562-738W-X2/01 The LED can be any 12V chassis mount LED that requires a 5mm mounting hole. Cat5 plug is a C-Tech brand.found at any Home Depot. The bottom (lid) attaches with M6x1 cap head screws.
