A compact sous vide immersion cooker, based on Seattle Food Geek's great do-it-yourself sous vide article. Instructions I have been cooking with the DIY sous vide immersion cooker detailed in this great article: http://seattlefoodgeek.com/2010/02/diy-sous-vide-heating-immersion-circulator-for-about-75/ The enclosure was a bit flimsy, so I designed a new one and it works like a dream! My only changes: I opted for a bigger pump http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B006K31WLC/ref=oh_details_o01_s00_i00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 I added a little plexy circle in front of the retaining nut (seen in photo).
