Sovol SV03 Diagonal Bracing Parts

I designed these parts in SolidWorks and printed them using my Sovol SV03 3D printer. I used a .375" diameter aluminum tube cut to length to provide the diagonal brace. These are available on line or at your local hardware store. The braces add rigidity to the X axis and the print head. The Channel Filler fits into the Sovol X channel aluminum extrusion. The Top and Bottom Plates can be super glued to the Filler. It should be a tight fit into the extrusion. The Eye Bolt Plates are Super glued to the Top/Bottom pates. Aluminum tube is cut to diagonal length and the the Eye Bolts are inserted into the ends of the tubes. I used four #6 machine screws to hold the Eye Bolts to the Eye Bolt Plates. You can add super glue to the Eye bolts to insure a tight fit.
