I put this retro-futuristic bowl creator together in Fusion 360. It is fully parameterized,the attached stl's are just an examples of the wide range of designs you can create. The inside profile of the bowl becomes conical at the center, so it can be printed upside-down without supports, provided your printer can handle reasonable overhangs. Please post your makes and customizations. I've released this under a non-commercial license. If you wish to use the design commercially, contact me. There is a double bowl version, which has the option of built in supports to cover the center span. If you are going to use these for food, use a food safe filament and/or an appropriate surface sealant. Notes on customizing: I've posted an f3d archive for each variant, but they are all pretty much the same file with different values for the parameters. The parameter "maxOverhang" determines where the design switches from spherical to conical. If you want to remove the conical feature, set this to 89.5, because making it exactly 90 requires you to edit the timeline. When you change some of the parameters, you need to edit a few steps in the timeline to make it work. e.g. If you change the number of legs, you should edit the "combine" operation to ensure all of the legs are selected as tools. (I don't know of a way to automate that. If you do, let me know.) Also, if you change the splay angle of the legs from above 90 degrees to below 90 or vice versa, you need to go into the second revolve operation and select the other half of the leg profile, to ensure it intersects with the bowl the whole way round.
