I wanted to recreate a popular conversion I used for my commander in my early days of playing the faction. In the process I realized that basic battlesuits had developed some new parts (like hips), so I modified it to accommodate those. This only includes the new parts; torso, backpack and hips. The remaining parts can be found on DexterGrif's original design.
