This week I bring you more accessories for Tofty's 28mm Wheeled APC Remix, perfectly compatible with the other upgrade kit. And what's in this little package of unnecessarily small and perhaps complicated things to assemble? let's see: - Smoke Launchers!! Because every good magician ends his magic act in style. You can mount them on the roof or on the front of the APC, or wherever you want. - Enemy tank in sight? No problem! A Hunter-Killer missile launcher allows you to send an intelligent, anti-armor gift to any unwelcome guest! - A new hatch with...windows? peepin ports? I don't know what they're called but you can see through them without risking your head opening the hatch. But it also has a pintle, so you can mount a searchlight or, if you prefer more firepower, a stormbolter. - A long-range communications antenna!!... or radar!; I'm not really sure what it is, but it looks great. - Ornaments for exhaust pipes!!: An almost imperceptible detail. You don't have to use them if you don't want to... but you will when you see them. Now, some printing/mounting advices: I designed these pieces to have some degree of movement, and they all have at least one axis that allows you to position them in different ways. I did my best so that when printing them they could be assembled without problem, however, since they are extremely small pieces, I cannot guarantee 100% that they will fit perfectly with each other, as it depends a lot on the precision and configuration of your printer, so you may need to file the pieces down a bit to get them to fit properly. If that's a problem, i recomend you assemble the parts together using a model editor and print each accesory as a single solid piece. As for the hatch ring, it is designed to fit perfectly over the original APC hatch (check the pics). My advice is to fit the ring over the original hatch BEFORE curing it, taking advantage of the plasticity of the raw resin. That's how I did it and it worked perfectly. It will probably be much more difficult if you try to place it with the resin already cured, and it will probably break.
